Peter did a thorough estimate. As the company proceeded through the job, we got a weekly update on progress and expenses. All unexpected problems were brought to our attention immediately, and a range of possible solutions were offered for us to choose between. Peter was very pro-active in working with the city building department and inspector, which made progress more smooth. The schedule was maintained throughout the project, except for delays caused by unexpected problems arising from the faulty original construction of the house. The porject was completed in a professional manner, and we got all paperwork associated with the construction job, the inspections, the signed-off permits and the new appliances.
This is the most recent in a series of projects Construction on Time has done for us. Previously they redid the kitchen at this same duplex and added a laundry room. At another property, they completely gutted and remodeled a house which had been so poorly renovated by a previous owner that one existing wall literally fell down when someone leaned on it. They also converted a large laundry room into a full bathroom plus laundry in our own home.

Peter is a skilled craftsman plus very reliable. Does all carpentry, plumbing and electrical himself. He supervises other subs and keeps them on the job.

As the name says it was Construction on Time. Before the contract they went over all lists to explain each task in detail. Over all I was very satisfied customer.
