"It was a Sunday. Our 20 year old water heater stopped working and was also leaking. We also had an art show to attend for a dear friend that afternoon. Homeadvisor came up with three 5 star plumbers. Travis called my wife within a very short amount of time. She explained. He said he was finishing a job and would be at our house in 1 hour after he finished. He arrived on time with a new water heater. He was very professional. "Wow! After a few "no-show" plumbers, I found a gem amidst the storm - literally! My sewer ejection pump stopped working and Ramiro was my hero! We were able to coordinate over the phone with me describing my situation and sending a few pictures. Ruben showed up this morning and was probably one of the nicest, kindest, more competent people I have had work on my house ever. He was able to restore my pump to working order and replace the parts needed. Ruben was very communicative and precise in his diagnosis and repair. He left after a few hours with my pump back up and running - the pump was cleaned out and the alarm float replaced. I am so relieved and more importantly, happy to know whom to call if one of my 4 pumps is in need of some TLC at any time.
