They worked hard and made sure we still had use of bathrooms during the project. "Dan was here this morning, showed him where water was leaking in over our slab and ruining the flooring in the master bedroom. He gave me the full range of possible remedies, from installing a eaves gutter on the roofline outside the bedroom to a full (very expensive) sealing of the entire exterior foundation. And actually recommended that we start with the gutter (which I can do myself) and then monitor the area next rainy season and see if that fixes the problem. No pressure to hire them or spend big $$, just good advice. Couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended- this is real service!"

"We cannot say enough positive things about 24 KT Green and their owner, Tom Hollow. From our initial consultation, Tom was pleasure to work with. He was always on-time for our appointments and once work commenced, he kept us up to date on the schedule. When an unforeseen problem occurred related to tree roots obstructing a yard drain, he clearly explained the problem, his recommended solution and, upon our approval, took care of the issue. I appreciated his collaborative approach to the landscape design. He laid out a wonderful garden plan which incorporated my preferences. He clearly listened to my ideas and vision. He also treats his workers with respect, and they were highly professional. They cleaned up the yard everyday before they left and they did not attempt to do "short cuts" to save time. They did the job right the first time. I look forward to continuing to use 24 KT Green as we upgrade our landscaping in the future. On a scale of 1-10, they were a 15."

"I am extremely pleased with the work! I started by getting three estimates. The other two were over twice the cost of Ivory Coast. Also, while discussing the work, Ivory Coast had some good ideas on how to address the problem (blocked drain) that the other two companies didn't suggest.

The work was done very professionally. There's not much slope to my yard so I was concerned that the new drain wouldn't drain properly, for example if one section was lower than the outlet. They used a laser level to make sure the drain was sloped appropriately. When tested by pouring a bucket of water down, it drained to the street as it was supposed to.

The two new sprinkler circuits provide much more even coverage than the ones they replaced.

The new lawn looks fantastic! I had asked that it be raised a couple of inches around the patio so there's no drop from the patio to the grass like there used to be. They did that perfectly.

During the whole process, Alejandro (the owner) was very friendly, polite, courteous and overall very helpful. He really knew what he was doing.

The only part of the project that wasn't quite perfect was the scheduling. There were some conflicts with other jobs that delayed the project a few days, but overall that was very minor compared to the end result."
