They promptly answered and booked me in the same day. They were able to contain the water from continuing to come out of the drains overnight and returned the next day first thing in the morning to get the problem fixed. Price was very reasonable, and the workers were very professional. Left everything clean and drains were completely cleared. It has been months since they came and there has not been an issue since. 10/10 will highly recommend to family and friends."

BTW. This was 10pm at night. His quick response was a plus for me. I had one other respond but he over extended himself to my need. He came at 7amd and said....you need a new water heater. I can got get one and install it now. I was a bit reluctant and he said call me when your ready and left. My wife said his prices looked fair and he seemed like a good plumber. I called him back and said lets dance. He was back at my home in a hour and 1/2...and started the work. He protected my carpet and placed plastic on it. He warned my that maybe the cost might go up due to the age of the pipes and valves. He had the old one out and the new one in an an hour or so. He was quick, clean and polite. "Wanted a bid to have my 1600 square foot single family home In West Adams earthquake retrofitted. A woman from Alpha Structural called me to set up an appointment. I told her I had no idea how much this would cost and said I heard it was around $5000. She told me yes that's about right but that they are more expensive, in the $7000-$10,000 range. I asked why they were more expensive and she didn't have an answer. I expected to hear some specific industry reason but she literally had no answer other than they "just charge more for this." Why would I bother scheduling a bid when they can't even explain why they charge a premium over other companies? Maybe this woman needs better training but they lost a potential customer along the way."
