Ivory Coast Landscape & Tree

Excellent service!

INCREDIBLE! This was the first time that my trees have be pruned and shaped correctly in over 40 years. I am so happy with the work. One tree was next to my pond; the crew put a large tarp over the pond so no debris fell into it, so I didn't have any pond clean up work to do. My yard was left in better shape than when the crew got here. I am planning on asking them to come back in the spring to get my winter garden in shape for the growing season.

Alejandro and team did a great job - exceeded expectations. They will do additional tree service for us soon.

The best tree artist! They prune my 45+ year old Olive and Ash trees perfectly. Been using a few years after being recommended by a neighbor. Perfectly pruned and shaped every time. Alejandro and his team know trees!

Alejandro really knows his stuff as far as landscaping. He helps us pick out plants and how to lay them out, and they have done far more than that in our yard. He is reliable and comes by every week to do yard work.

gardener after gardener... the yard always looks the same, sort of crappy. Grass dies, we say fix sprinklers, they say ok, they don't. Grass dies, we sod, sod dies. This has been the pattern for years. Until now. Alejandro came, assessed and ACTUALLY fixed sprinklers, replaced others, turned others off and within TWO weeks I have THE most lucious grass in the neighborhood. The transformation is amazing. And they asked for about the same as my previous gardener. They were a little more but... we now realize so worth it! Kept them for monthy maintenance. Thank you Ivory coast

I called Alejandro on Saturday. We made an appointment for Sunday and he showed up early. He said he could do the job on Tuesday but then called back later in the day Sunday to say he could get it done on Monday. He showed up right on time, did exactly what I asked him to do, cleaned up and left my back yard looking way better than it had before.
I'm going to get an estimate from him on removing an even bigger palm tree that I've hated since we moved in. I plan on using him again later this summer.

This was a big job with a crew of 7. All work was completed in one long day. Overall things were done well, and I will definitely consider Ivory Coast for future work. Cleanup could have been a little better, but by the end of the day, I could see the crew was slowing a bit, less interested in details.

I am extremely pleased with the work! I started by getting three estimates. The other two were over twice the cost of Ivory Coast. Also, while discussing the work, Ivory Coast had some good ideas on how to address the problem (blocked drain) that the other two companies didn't suggest.

The work was done very professionally. There's not much slope to my yard so I was concerned that the new drain wouldn't drain properly, for example if one section was lower than the outlet. They used a laser level to make sure the drain was sloped appropriately. When tested by pouring a bucket of water down, it drained to the street as it was supposed to.

The two new sprinkler circuits provide much more even coverage than the ones they replaced.

The new lawn looks fantastic! I had asked that it be raised a couple of inches around the patio so there's no drop from the patio to the grass like there used to be. They did that perfectly.

During the whole process, Alejandro (the owner) was very friendly, polite, courteous and overall very helpful. He really knew what he was doing.

The only part of the project that wasn't quite perfect was the scheduling. There were some conflicts with other jobs that delayed the project a few days, but overall that was very minor compared to the end result.

They are here every week and they do a good job. When I ask for something they always follow through. If there is a sprinkler issue they take care of it. I will continue to use them in the future.
