ZACH R. arrived promptly as scheduled and began his assessment. He gave me an HONEST assessment and determined it was just leaking valve and I didn’t need a new tank. He was professional, knowledgeable and did I mention HONEST!! He replaced the valve, brought my tank up to code and was done in 45 minutes. If and when I’ll need to replace my water heater, I’ll be calling the Water Heater Company again!!"

All our technicians are now wearing a new set of gloves and booties into each home. All tools are wiped down with wipes made to kill germs, not just clean them before going back into the trucks. Hand tools are periodically dipped in rubbing alcohol to further help destroy germs. These may seem like extreme measures, but we take your health and the health of all our employees seriously. The best course is to try to correct it as soon as possible: These tend to get worse rather than better, which means more costly.
