When the technician came to give me an estimate, he told me to call the makers of the part to have it replaced (under lifetime warranty) so he didn't have to charge me for it. When he came back after the part arrived, he was early for the appointment. Everything went well and my faucet no longer leaks.

Work done was very professional and within the time frame as estimated. Technician was very easy to communicate with. The technician looked under the house and found that the toilet wax ring was leaking during flush cycle and water was traveling in the floor substrate under the tiles to the baseboard. Due to a 20+ yo toilet, I elected to change it out and the problem was resolved. Note: Owner repaired/replaced and painted baseboards.
