"As per our discussion on this, we are very sorry you did not get a copy of the video before it was purged automatically by the equipment manufacturer. We did attempt to call you multiple times to offer a Free Camera Inspection so you can get a video. But since you did not call us back we have not been able to rectify. Good news is you were able to see the original video and take pictures at the time of the job. Looks like our tech did the hydrojet job well and cleared what could be done and from the footage you were given proper recommendations to get the sewer line repaired due to the damage from the root intrusions. Unfortunately, mistakes do happen in life and in business but it's about how we rise to the occasion to fix them.
