Serviceman Kenny checked old heater made a recommendation, he even noticed it was still under warranty. He took it back for me, brought new unit to install. Juan and Kenny made a great team. Honest knowledgeable men I would recommend to anyone needing a plumber.

It was great. Kenny Jenkins and his staff Juan, worked hard and did an excellent job. The City Inspector cleared the Permit with no problems. He said the job was well done. I would definitely hire and refer First Though Plumbing again and anytime.

Completely re-routed all the plumbing for my house. After sewage backup we found 2 bellies in the line and clogs - First Thought came up with a plan and knew exactly what to do - they double and triple checked their work and were kind and courteous the whole time while explaining every step along the way (even with pictures and camera video) - Will definitely be using them for all of my plumbing needs in the future. No more plumbing concerns here!

It went very well. Kenny and Juan were great. We at first thought our kitchen faucet could be saved but soon found we would need to replace it. First Thought Plumbing honored their first quote even though it required more than one visit.

First Thought Plumbing (owner Kenny and his assistant) were on time, courteous and thorough in cleaning the drains. They took video of the drain, both before and after, and sent it to me. Their equipment looked clean and well-maintained. They were patient and clear in answering my questions. Overall, they were great!
