"Our experience with Build The Bay on our bathroom remodel project was exceptional from start to finish. The scope of this project consisted of a complete remodel of 2 bathrooms at the same time. Our expectation and the general consensus with any remodel project is that it will be a very stressful experience as the inevitable hidden issues will be discovered leading to additional costs and our project was no exception. The communication with and received from Eitan and the Build The Bay team starting with the bidding process and ending with the final inspection went a long way to reducing our stress level throughout the project. The plan was clearly communicated on a daily basis and every problem encountered came with a proposed solution with an emphasis on minimal cost impact to our budget. The daily planning and communication gave us confidence in their experience and ability to manage the entire project no matter what issue came up. This was evident from the first day taking care to mask walls & floors in order to protect every potential area that could be impacted by construction collateral damage. It was also evident that the work crew had the necessary skills to complete the many varied tasks the project required including framing, sheetrock, electrical, plumbing, tile, floors, windows, texture, paint, as well as the installation of the vanities and all of the additional finishes. The Project Manager Jesus and the entire crew were considerate of our living space and all were professional and friendly throughout the process. Upon completion of the project a deep cleaning was performed and the only evidence that remains of the entire 4 week process are 2 absolutely beautiful bathrooms constructed by Build The Bay!"

Evan had the right tool for the job and it came right off and he replace the faucet with a high quality replacement. Next I showed him the leaky faucet connection under my kitchen sink. He found that the O-ring was damage. Evan fixed the leak without having to buy a new Grohe faucet. Finally, he replaced all the RO filters on my Reverse Osmosis system. I had a great experience with Evan and will call him again. He is a professional."

The plumber arrived on time Sat morning and had everything ready to go. Well organized. Work was completed on time and we only had to have the water off for 2 hours. "Gabriel Nieto of GN Plumbing did a fine job. He was able to visually detect a leak where the line from the propane tank enters the house, and pressure tested the gas line from the propane tank to the house to confirm the leak. With the help of his assistant, he repaired the line (replacing worn out portions of the line) within a couple of hours, confirmed there were no other leaks in the line (via additional pressure testing), and re-lit the gas furnace and water heater. Only complaint is the extreme expense ($890)."
