Service was great. Not many plumbers service our area and most are backlogged even for semi-emergency issues like not having hot water. Nick showed up the day after I contacted him to do a bid on tankless water heater and was able to replace the same week. I was shocked after having called so many people that he was able to do the job so quick and effectively. I now have hot water on demand and he also found a small leak that he repaired so we weren't leaking our precious water that we truck in. Thank you so much nick!

The water heater install was much harder than expected, so he had to go up on the roof to clean out a blocked pipe that could have started a fire. Very glad he found that. Only problem was that there was major leaking after the install. He came back to fix that, but there is still a drip every few minutes....not bad enough to call him back.
