He was no pressure, when ever I wanted it. Explained that I wanted to brighten up the room, the color I had was dark. He made some good suggestions that I went with. I was not disappointed. "We have used Brannick & Associates for two different properties including for a condo building in SF at least 10 times for both interior and exterior painting over the past 10-15 years. Patrick is the owner and has exceptional integrity and commitment to using the highest quality paint and materials and maximizing the life of his painting work. His painting crews are super personable and professional, clean up thoroughly and are very detail attentive. Our condo building in SF is a really challenging given it is 100+ years old and was built before the building code required plastic sheeting (vapor barriers) inside the siding. But it is not cost effective to replace the old growth redwood siding so we have to maintain and patch cracks on each side of the building every other year to maximally waterproof the building. Brannick & Associates was the only painter willing to do this maintenance work along with our periodic painting of each side of our 6 unit building. Fantastic company!!"
