They were FANTASTIC! I originally used them to fix a faulty toilet I have for my business. Hassan showed up within 10 minutes of his quoted time on the day that I called. He listened to my problem, understood my concern, and promised to be there at 4;15pm. He showed up at a little past 4pm and kept me updated on hIs ETA. Super happy about that. Who wants their customers waiting longer than necessary to use the restroom? He sourced the problem, replaced the parts and had it up and running in short order. He is not only a great plumber, but is super friendly and took the time to explain the problem and how to avoid it in the future. I have since used him twice more at my house for some leaky faucets. My 2nd and 3rd experiences mirrored the one at my business. He's super reliable and I highly recommend his company.

So glad I found Israa Plumbing! Itâ s always when someone goes wrong that you have to scramble to get it fixed. The second I called Israa Plumbing I was instantly at ease. We coordinated a time and Hassan showed up prompt with all tools/supplies needed. I definitely have a very basic knowledge and he made sure I understood all my repair options and was able to do everything same day! 10 out of 10! Definitely recommend!

Absolutely the best plumber/plumbing experience weâ ve ever had. They were fast, efficient, and affordable. They also came out on a SUNDAY! We had an afternoon celebration at our house and all of a sudden our sink wouldnâ t drain. Within minutes Hassan diagnosed the problem and provided options for an immediate and lasting resolution. No need to wait for parts or schedule a second visit. No quoted one price and sudden surprise increase. Just straight, simple and efficient. Hassan was also extremely friendly and professional with all work, ensuring the repair met our expectations. Absolutely would recommend and will use again!!

They were super clear. They were very polite and very helpful. They fixed all our problems in the house and the most important one is that they left everything very clean. We hired plumbers in the past and did not do a Great job. I am very thankful to have found them and I will call them for future problems in the house. They deserve more than 5 stars.

I had a very pleasant experience with Hassan. I woke up to ice cold water and frantically began calling every plumber in my area because my elderly father cannot take cold baths. Not only was Hassan able to come the same day but he had me send him some information and pictures of the water heater so that he can bring possible replacement parts with him. This man is a hero. Hot water was up and running before my father realized it was gone.

Han saved us when he helped repair our leaking ceiling!! He quickly identified the problem and fixed the leak from the upstairs shower that was leaking down to our bedroom!! He was very nice , communicative and very efficient. It was very refreshing to feel like you are being taken care of not taken advantage of. Thank you Han !
