Jose did a thorough job, cleaning the dryer vent. It was not a straightforward issue and I was afraid that we’d have to open the wall to cure the blockage. However, Jose was able to fix it. "Almost a week ago, our 14yr. old fridge finally gave out and stopped cooling and freezing. We had to toss most our food, and we could not get a refrigerator repair technician until Dec. 20th.
