My AC stopped working last November, and since then i had 4 contractors i called to fix it, i was turned down by everyone. i called Tyndall and peter came out and talked about it with me, actually troubleshot it, and 2 days later had parts and fixed it. i would give them 6 stars if i could. im so glad to have my ac running again. my recommendation, if you want something done, call Tyndall, because the rest of the contractors seem to just say its not fixable and leave without even looking at it. these guys were the first people that listened, then looked at the unit before declining service, and then actually fixed it. 10/10 great job and thank you.

Peter, and his crew, were very reliable and professional. I purchased a new RUUD furnace and A/c. Their price was better than the other 3 bids I got. Everything was inspected by Archon. The final permit/inspection was issued. The system has been up and running for 6+ months now. No problems.

They did a nice job giving me information up front by phone on what to expect. I didn’t feel pressured (unlike some other contractors I contacted). The people who did the work were good to work with and happily answered all my questions. Tyndall is going on my list of contractors I would use again.

Truthfully, we had angst about calling for service because of past experience with other HVAC vendors. They always said the same thing, our system is "old" and we need a new one. Very expensive! We called for service, not a hard sell! Hence, we never used the same one twice. However, Tyndall gave me the impression, whether right or wrong, that they would be less likely to do this so I decided to try them. They kept me informed of their arrival status, since they squeezed me in at the end of their work day the same day I called. So, communicative and accommodating! After running several tests, they determined it was an electrical problem and nothing to do with the unit itself. They also said our unit doesn't need replacing - that's a first! They didn't do any unnecessary service or repair to run up the bill or even try to convince us it was needed. We were only charged the minimum fee as quoted. We were able to repair our air conditioning without the "hard-sell angst". So, thorough and honest! Unlike the other HVAC vendors we've used, we definitely will call them if we need service again!

They showed up, performed the work, collected the agreed upon amount, and left.
