The tenant said she was going to call us back to let us know he fixed it, and there was no contact again, so I'm assuming everything was fine. Our tenant just knows to call him if it's anything to do with heating and air conditioning. He usually does a perfect job and works with you if something goes awry to make sure it's right. I would use him again. He is right there."
