(Two sump pumps were working; they did not need repairs.) 1) Cut and replaced two broken pipes; installed new valves 2) New float sensors installed and set to auto-start the sump pumps 3) long outflow pine, connecting to city's water drainage system, was cleaned using long snake and high pressure water pump combination. 4) successful final test with water filled in water chamber and sump pumps working 5) JPC gave warranty for work done and signed up for once-a-year annual maintenance visit in October."

"I was really impressed with Water Heater Masters. They replaced our old tankless water heater with a new one. I had been thinking of going with a tank, since it's less expensive and we had the space for it, but they rightly pointed out to me that even a large tank wouldn't be able to fill the extra-deep bathtub we have. I was impressed with their professionalism - they showed up on time, did the work as promised and cleaned up after themselves. I have also called them once with a question on the heater, and they were really patient and helpful with answering my questions. I haven't rated them on price because I'm not sure how they compare to other water heater companies. The heater was expensive (to us) but of high quality, and I think it was worth it.
