I wanted a long warranty and not many companies were offering the 12 yr warranty. That was a plus, and when I finally made the decision to go with Facilities Plumbing and Drain I called Robert and he said Frankie could come right away...within the hour...it was about 550PM!! He indeed showed up and went straight to work with a smile. What a great attitude he has, especially considering he had been working since 7am. Hot water heater installed and he cleaned up everything too. Very professional, very nice and efficient."
