I received a call from Robert before we were ready for the project to begin and wrote down his info including the quote. I wanted a long warranty and not many companies were offering the 12 yr warranty. That was a plus, and when I finally made the decision to go with Facilities Plumbing and Drain I called Robert and he said Frankie could come right away...within the hour...it was about 550PM!! He indeed showed up and went straight to work with a smile. What a great attitude he has, especially considering he had been working since 7am. Hot water heater installed and he cleaned up everything too. Very professional, very nice and efficient."

"They did a number of things. Braced and restrapped water heater and ran copper line for pressure relief to outside. Unclogged master toilet and reseated. Bolted down second toilet. Reconnected clothes dryer vent. Repaired air gap/garbage disposal and drain line under kitchen sink, crawled under house and remove galvanized pipe straps and replaced with nylon pipe clamps. I was a contractor and used to do this work, o an very critical. They did an outstanding job. Went the extra mile several times. I was expecting a bill for a higher amount but they stuck with their estimate. I recommend them highly and would use them again!!"
