James was extremely effective at resolving our leak in the whole house filter system. He reached out to the vendor and got them to ship out the correct part for free! Then he installed it and modified it to make it more water tight. We are planning to hire him again for other back burner plumbing projects. Great contact!

I had clogged plumbing inside my home causing my toilets to back up and my shower to back up. James from TOP Rooter came out and cleared everything out but suggested he use a camera to insert in my pipe outside to find out what the problem was. It turned out I had tree roots entering my pipe. Not good!! He quoted me a price to fix the problem. He came back another day and had to dig up a big area in my lawn to get to the pipe which he then repaired. It took a whole day and when I was presented with my final bill he charged me less than the estimate!! Pretty much the first time that has ever happened. He explained that he did not need as much time or as many supplies for the repair. To me plumbers are like auto mechanics. If it sounds at all reasonable I accept it. Bottom line is I found James to not only be very professional but honest as well. I highly recommend TOP Rooter.
