"I was lucky to have my job scheduled in between rainy and dry periods and got the job scheduled before the summer season got going. Steven, the estimator & project manager, communicated extremely well and was very reliable. The woodwork was done quickly by highly skilled carpenters. There were several days of waiting the rain out, but that was unavoidable. Painting prep took several days because of the poor condition of the weathered surfaces. There were a lot of stucco cracks that had to be sanded down that I had put caulk over originally. There was additional work done after more dry rot was discovered on my garage roof. The price and little extras of the job was extremely fair."

"I had two literally rotten bathrooms that were overdue for work. One of the bathrooms had a huge scary hole in the middle. As it turns out, a previous contractor did a sloppy job in several areas that introduced a small leak that eventually rotted the bathroom floors. The Tenorio's group actually had to replace most of the pipes, and floors. At that point, we decided to make the bathrooms completely new. Much better than the previous work years ago. They were highly recommended by a friend who worked with several contractors. I did not rate the price because most other contractors that give a cheaper price may deliver cheaper results. If you need work now, here is your chance to hire them, because once I am ready, I will have them performing more work for me."

"We hired Scott McQueen to totally renovate our existing barn, a very challenging project. We recently purchased this ranch property. The existing barn was quite old, probably built 50 years ago or more. Scott developed a plan to totally renovate it -- new trusses, new concrete floor (previously was just a dirt floor), new roofing, new siding, new electrical, new paint, new and strengthened interior walls, new doors, etc. Unfortunately we tackled the project at a time of high prices for materials and other elements, but Scott worked with us to significantly reduce costs from the original estimate by redesigning some elements of the plan and working with us to explore alternatives.
