"We hired Scott McQueen to totally renovate our existing barn, a very challenging project. We recently purchased this ranch property. The existing barn was quite old, probably built 50 years ago or more. Scott developed a plan to totally renovate it -- new trusses, new concrete floor (previously was just a dirt floor), new roofing, new siding, new electrical, new paint, new and strengthened interior walls, new doors, etc. Unfortunately we tackled the project at a time of high prices for materials and other elements, but Scott worked with us to significantly reduce costs from the original estimate by redesigning some elements of the plan and working with us to explore alternatives. We couldn't be happier with the renovation."

"Mr Neill Dougherty is an excellent custom builder, designer, communicator, and always professional. His prices are more than fair, especially when we saw the finished room!! We were somewhat unsure of exactly how we wanted the room, so Mr Dougherty helped us by showing several options that would work for our Mother-in-law studio addition. The room is absolutely beautiful! I love the flooring and custom tile work Neill created for the kitchen and restroom. Neill kept us up with all stages of the project, and was very accommodating and polite about my changes and "ideas" along the way. He even had an fantastic designer help me with Interior decoration after the apartment was ready! There has not been any issue we had to call back about. We will hire Mr Dougherty for any future building or remodeling we need! We highly recommend him for any project or home build."

"Glenn and his crew from United Services went above and beyond my expectations. I had a bathroom gutted, water damage repaired and a whole new custom shower put in. The quality of the work is excellent, crew was reliable and very respectful. I also am having them build an oversized garage and cement handicap ramp for me, which is almost completed now, Glen even upgraded the garage door for me without charging me! Again, the quality of work is excellent. Glenn and the crew are very kind and patient as they explain things to me and helped me find the correct items for my projects. I unfortunately had several major plumbing emergencies recently while Glenn and his crew were working here. They jumped right in and worked with me to get the problems corrected offering me support throughout the whole process, making me feel more like family than just a customer. "Ricky can do it all! He put up new walls to create an office and master closet (including all electrical/lighting in connection with each as well as internet in the office and custom racks and shelving in the closet). He planned and installed all of our outdoor landscape and flood lighting (which has completely transformed the usability and aesthetic of the backyard). He removed the existing in-ground basketball hoop and installed a brand new heavy duty hoop in its place (including engineered rebar/concrete work in connection with same). He has also helped with various electrical, plumbing, drywall, dry rot, water damage, replaced/upgraded appliances. He is a one-stop shop, is reliable, honest, trustworthy and hard-working. Cannot recommend him or his work enough!"

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
