"I had two literally rotten bathrooms that were overdue for work. One of the bathrooms had a huge scary hole in the middle. As it turns out, a previous contractor did a sloppy job in several areas that introduced a small leak that eventually rotted the bathroom floors. The Tenorio's group actually had to replace most of the pipes, and floors. At that point, we decided to make the bathrooms completely new. Much better than the previous work years ago. They were highly recommended by a friend who worked with several contractors. I did not rate the price because most other contractors that give a cheaper price may deliver cheaper results. If you need work now, here is your chance to hire them, because once I am ready, I will have them performing more work for me."

"Blue Ridge Construction built a custom trellis for me in my backyard last week. I highly recommend them. Zach, the owner, was great to work with. I was lucky that he had an opening in his schedule for a small job, otherwise I would have had to wait quite awhile since he is busy and does lots of large scale jobs. He gave me a fair price estimate on Tuesday and the crew built it on Thursday. From beginning contact to completion his communications were top notch, answering my questions, discussing details of materials and design, and final wrap-up. His builders Guillermo and Hydal were excellent. They had to create the curved corbels on-site, and they fined-tuned every detail of the trellis with me as they built. "We hired Scott McQueen to totally renovate our existing barn, a very challenging project. We recently purchased this ranch property. The existing barn was quite old, probably built 50 years ago or more. Scott developed a plan to totally renovate it -- new trusses, new concrete floor (previously was just a dirt floor), new roofing, new siding, new electrical, new paint, new and strengthened interior walls, new doors, etc. Unfortunately we tackled the project at a time of high prices for materials and other elements, but Scott worked with us to significantly reduce costs from the original estimate by redesigning some elements of the plan and working with us to explore alternatives. We couldn't be happier with the renovation."

"Mr Neill Dougherty is an excellent custom builder, designer, communicator, and always professional. His prices are more than fair, especially when we saw the finished room!! The room is absolutely beautiful! I love the flooring and custom tile work Neill created for the kitchen and restroom. Neill kept us up with all stages of the project, and was very accommodating and polite about my changes and "ideas" along the way. He even had an fantastic designer help me with Interior decoration after the apartment was ready! There has not been any issue we had to call back about.
