"We hired Vick/Central Builders for three projects . He built a deck/platform with pressure treated wood and trex for the new gazebo. We then hired him to assemble the cedar gazebo with a metal roof. Last, we hired him to attach a porch rail with polycarbonate panels to keep out the rain and wind. On each job, he was polite, creative, on time, and finished quickly. Each job was meticulous, exacting, and creative. He has "an eye" for color, and each corner is exact, and all poles, posts, and rails are level and joined perfectly, with all screws counter-sunk. Clean-up of each project was perfect. We would absolutely recommend him for any project, small or large. He will soon be so busy we will have to stand in line!"

"The work completed during the initial agreement period was beyond expectation, leading to significant scope creep (my husband and I continue to be impressed; thus, continue to add to the long wish list). Thus far, we have new built-in cabinets in the living room and den with beautiful (and highly functional and durable) countertops and an opening between the two rooms for barstools on either side (perfect dining or family game surface). Manuel and Joaquin were instrumental in design and execution. The master bedroom is completely redone (lighting, floors, painting, baseboards, patch and texture, outlets) and the master bath is nearing completion from ceiling to floor with a new barn door installed between bedroom and vanity/shower area. No task too small or large. We have a new gate around our entryway that our four dogs and the rest of the fam enjoy immensely - many compliments from neighbors too. The Tenorio's attention to detail and focus on planning and brining to life practical (and aesthetically pleasing) solutions make this team unbeatable. They are great communicators, easy to work with and have great vision from the beginning to the end of a project - working as partners to solution beyond satisfaction - not salespeople. The existing barn was quite old, probably built 50 years ago or more. Scott developed a plan to totally renovate it -- new trusses, new concrete floor (previously was just a dirt floor), new roofing, new siding, new electrical, new paint, new and strengthened interior walls, new doors, etc. Unfortunately we tackled the project at a time of high prices for materials and other elements, but Scott worked with us to significantly reduce costs from the original estimate by redesigning some elements of the plan and working with us to explore alternatives.
