The quality of their work is top-notch, they stay on budget, and everything runs smoothly from start to finish. "Mr Neill Dougherty is an excellent custom builder, designer, communicator, and always professional. His prices are more than fair, especially when we saw the finished room!! We were somewhat unsure of exactly how we wanted the room, so Mr Dougherty helped us by showing several options that would work for our Mother-in-law studio addition. The room is absolutely beautiful! I love the flooring and custom tile work Neill created for the kitchen and restroom. Neill kept us up with all stages of the project, and was very accommodating and polite about my changes and "ideas" along the way. He even had an fantastic designer help me with Interior decoration after the apartment was ready! There has not been any issue we had to call back about. We will hire Mr Dougherty for any future building or remodeling we need! We highly recommend him for any project or home build."

"?????????? Absolutely Perfect Roof ? Couldn?t Be Happier! We had an incredible experience with this roofing company from start to finish. From the very first call to the final clean-up, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. I can't say enough about this company! We made the switch from tile to a stunning new composition roof, and the transformation is unbelievable. Not only does it look amazing?it also gives our home a fresh, modern look. The crew was punctual, respectful. They took the time to explain the process, answered all our questions, and kept the work area clean every step of the way. What really impressed us was the attention to detail. Every shingle was placed perfectly, the lines are clean, and the finish is flawless. You can tell they take great pride in their work, and it shows. Even our neighbors have commented on how great the new roof looks! They even worked out an inhouse payment plan with us!"

"I hired a painter out of the newspaper and he gave me a flyer to do all the things he was going to do. He didn't do any of them. I had to have my house painted for appraisal. After that experience, I called Angie's List for a list of painters. Beyond a doubt Four Seasons was the best. He brought it to my attention that there was lead based paint. He suggested that I call a company to detect if there is lead within the paint. Four Season is so knowlegeable and so precise."

"Team was fabulous to work with, hands down. My vision was to add more living space without adding square footage. Expert Home Builders made it happen. Walls were moved, doors rearranged, pocket door installed, custom shelving, new kitchen with extra seating, and new bathrooms came to life. I felt I was part of the Expert team. My vision and their high standards created my perfect place."
