Extraordinary craftsmanship and professionalism with a genuinely friendly and caring presence in our home. Ours was a large refinish, repair and new installation project involving living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, bath and closet areas. Every day was whistle while you work because of their dedication and enjoyment of their craft. Jesus and Milton are passionate, skillful and do all the work themselves (no subs). The finish is so perfect it should be a signed work of art. Yes, priced right. The best compliment, "We will have them and only them back for the next stage." Highest recommendation possible.

Jesus did an outstanding job to a floor that had many deep set stains to the wood. He was able to sand it thoroughly before applying a darker stain in order to hide any of the existing previous damage. He made many other repairs to areas that needed attention. He has fair pricing and works well with the property owners who are out of state and a local realtor during every stage of the work. Here are some photos showing the finished product. Jesus is a very experienced floor refinisher - licensed and insured! He communicates well when encountering an unforseen problem and repaired a few boards not originally noted! Jesus and Juan kept a clean workplace and masked off areas not being sanded as well as built-in cabinets! Jesus was very easy to work with and very professional. He fixed my laminate flooring after a major leak. Despite the panels not being in the best shape, he made my floor look great again! I am super appreciative. I will use Alameda Hardwood again when I redo my entire condo in a year or so.

Alameda Hardwood Floors were prompt and thorough.They did a lot of moving furniture beforehand and after, and managed a schedule that took into consideration our needs for usage of the various rooms. The floors are beautiful. We are very happy with the results.

Excellent 5 Stars!! Half of my large living room hardwood floor was damaged by rising water from heavy rainstorms this last winter. The floor is a specialized type, tongue in groove oak planks with a custom surface treatment. Alameda was the ONLY contractor that understood how to repair the half of the floor that was damaged so it would match the other half, and the rest of the house. The other contractors did not, could not guarantee a match. They just wanted to replace the whole living room with something that would NOT match the rest of my house. My floor looks beautiful now. It was done on time, and for the price that I was originally quoted. I can't say enough nice things about Alameda Hardwood Floors. They have the expertise, the work ethic, the customer service, the communication, the talent and knowledge. A+++
