Kouzman was very diligent and always showed up on time. He finished the job when he said he would finish. The floors look great! He had good suggestions about things like moldings and stains. He is a straight shooter and hard worker. He also was very good about making our upstairs as livable as possible during the entire project. I Liked him so much I will use him again to do my floors at my cabin in Tahoe. - Koji

I would highly recommend Premier Hardwood Floor to anyone/everyone. They go out of their way to ensure a professional finish product. They needed to replace damaged sections of hardwood and it looks seamless. I had them install new baseboards and it looks amazing. Kouzman is a pleasure to work with and kept me informed of status and scheduling and stayed on track. I am very satisfied with the finish product and the whole experience. I plan to use them again on another project.

Everything you read about this company is glowing remarks and I can tell you it is so true. Kouzman is so professional, responsive and does excellent work. The thing that made me feel amazing was that you could literally do business with this man on a hand shake - you don't need contracts, he knows what he is doing and you just walk away with this sense of comfort that it will be perfect... and it exceeded my expectations. And my job, although not big was complicated due to prior construction or lack thereof. Don't look any place else, this is the company you want to do your flooring work.

Kouzman and his team were excellent, hard working, punctual, tidy, and very sincere with their work. I am so glad I hired him after looking at his homeadvisor ratings. I had a fairly large flooring project that involved refinishing existing floors and putting new hardwoods floors in some areas and included staircase and railing work as well. I recommended Kouzman 100%. He refinished our red oak floor with pallman magic oil and the floors look great.

I was very pleased with the final product that Premier Hardwood Floor provided. While the cost came in higher than we originally expected, our home provided challenges in the sub-floor and slab that were not immediately foreseeable. Mr. Pavlov explained in detail why the additional steps he recommended were necessary and provided a reasonable cost for doing so. It required a few extra days to complete, but we are very pleased with his work ethic, he showed up when he said he would, and the final product, a truly beautiful floor. I would recommend Premier to anyone looking for a quality hardwood installation.

I would recommend Premier Hardwood Floor. They were fast and efficient. The floor looks great. Only thing that could have made this a perfect score is if they had not stain the molding around the house. It was a task repainting the molding with a new floor. In addition, my closet door was damaged and the guy didn't come back to fix it as he had promised.

"First,the existent Hardwood floor was cover with carpet. Before start refinishing I walked with the owners and explain to them, that the baseboards must be paint after refinishing the hardwood floor, because of the marks from carpet for so many years. Second, before start staining the Hardwood floor we taped all baseboards and door trims with Blue sensitive tape, which had removed after finishing the job. But always small amount of the stain is going between the tape and Baseboards. The owners were notify about that, and they were agree with Me. Regarding the closet door, it was already damaged. The owner inform me that they already new that."
