"They were great to work with. We had a problem with the system one time a few months later and they came back at no charge with no questions being asked for the repair. They were responsive."

"Great! Very professional from start to finish. They cleaned, and on inspection found problems with my old chimney and will be coming back for repairs. Took photos for documentation. Cleaned up well."

"Spectrum One was the best choice I made! I had damage done to my home from a falling tree so I had an insurance claim. Spectrum One assigned me a public adjuster that dealt with my insurance company on my behalf, which in itself is a blessing! Their quality of work was outstanding! I had also made a few changes in the repair process and their team made sure I had change orders and knew EXACTLY what I was paying for the changes I was making and had an updated contract to me within 24 hours. The crew and staff were all very professional and friendly, I was actually sad to have my job ending! Paul (the owner), was especially pleasant to work with! He made sure I knew where we were at and any changes to the schedule since I had left out of town for 10 days. I have a few more additional projects that I will be needing services on in the very near future and I cannot wait to hire them back again! Thank you Spectrum One for your outstanding services! Hope to see you soon!"

"I hired Michael in late December to install my countertops. I had originally given him good ratings on Angies list because he was on time, efficient and reasonably priced. My issue now is with follow up. The piping to the sink started to leak and the caulking around the sink is starting to come apart. Now i understand that sometimes things like this are unavoidable and i do not blame Better Home Repair for it. But when i called to have them come out to take a look at it, i got no response. I left a number of messages on their voicemail, as well as one with a young lady, and got NO response. I wanted to hire them to do my laminate flooring, but i think i'll be looking else where."

"Wonderful job and met the surprise challenges that an older home presents after you open up the floors and walls and ceilings. showed up on time daily and finished the project at the time frame projected. Cleaned up after each day and protected the rest of the house. Reasonable and pleasant personality for Steve Caskey as well as his co-worker and sub-contractors. Tile work presented some difficulty due to uneven floor and the tile man made it perfect. Best remodel job I could have asked for. I get many compliments on the the looks of the final product."
