"This was a great company to work with. Manuel is very knowledgeable in many aspects of the construction trade. We recently moved into a new home and had several questions and needs regarding the new home. He is a very pleasant and patient person to deal with and he pointed out several things for us to consider."

"The whole process was a lot less inconvenient than I thought it would be. The estimate was far below other companies I had contacted. Glen knew exactly what I would need in my house. He has serviced Sun City homes for a long time and his assessment was quick and accurate. Other companies spent an hour trying to figure out what kind of system I would need. The installation was also easier than I thought. I did not have to move anything. They covered every thing that might get dusty. There was absolutely no mess when they left. I’m still waiting for my inspection. But everything appears to be working quite well."

"I needed a tune up for my two heat pumps/heat function. ! was very happy with Nikki in the front office . She was very helpful and with Wes the technician who discovered a capacitor in one of the units that was about to fail. He installed a new one in a very professional manner. I was very impressed with the employee's and their attitude and will continue to use SPOOR to repair or service my heat pump heating or cooling problems."

"He called immediately after I completed Home Advisor and was at our house 40 minutes after that. He found the problem quickly, has ordered the part and will call us tomorrow to schedule time to install new board and new Smart Thermostat. Very pleased with his work quality."

"Job done efficently and professionally. Workers polite and careful of other plants in the same area. Completed within time anticipated and at quoted cost."

"Nick and son promptly solved the AC not cooling issue and got my cold air back for a very reasonable price. Thanks Nick and Son Mike!"
