"The whole process was a lot less inconvenient than I thought it would be. The estimate was far below other companies I had contacted. Glen knew exactly what I would need in my house. He has serviced Sun City homes for a long time and his assessment was quick and accurate. Other companies spent an hour trying to figure out what kind of system I would need. The installation was also easier than I thought. I did not have to move anything. They covered every thing that might get dusty. There was absolutely no mess when they left. "I needed a tune up for my two heat pumps/heat function. ! was very happy with Nikki in the front office . She was very helpful and with Wes the technician who discovered a capacitor in one of the units that was about to fail. He installed a new one in a very professional manner.
