"CHR completely remodeled our old 1950's kitchen. Even though it is a small kitchen, it was a complex job, due to the layout change, sub-floor and window replacement, as well as extending one of the walls. Kris, the project manager, did an excellent job coordinating the work as well as helping out with design features. The job was completed timely (despite city inspection delays) and without issues. We're over the moon with our new kitchen and happy to have selected CHR for the job."

"After having remodeled our kitchen several years ago, we had KN remodel our master bathroom. Great guidance, from the construction stuff we don't understand to the aesthetic discussions we much appreciate. Done on time, and with great clarity around the billing. And the crew was great -- neat, thoughtful, on time, helpful. A big thumbs up."

".We had a major remodeling project and were honestly nervous before starting, but So Cal Builders & Design Inc made the entire process stress-free. They helped us with layout ideas, material selection, and kept everything organized. The crew showed up on time every day and worked efficiently. The final result looks modern and high-end. Very satisfied with their work."

"For our first remodel, we dove right in with a big project that was effectively updating half of our house, with a complete re-build of our kitchen and removing several walls to have an open space kitchen, living room, and dining room. We are very pleased to have worked with IND for this project, specifically their project manager Erez and foreman Allan. Since it was our first time doing anything like this, we were unsure at many points along the way about the process, but Erez and Allan both did a great job answering the many, many questions we had and guiding us through. There was a point where there was a mistake in the framing and one of the appliances was not going to fit. Rather than a back-and-forth, Erez and the whole team simply stepped up to re-do a lot of work to make the piece work as planned. Huge shout-out to the crew who worked extra to keep the delays to a minimum! Communication was challenging at times between us, IND, and a designer, but everyone was professional, transparent, and in the end, we have a beautiful kitchen and living space that we love. We really appreciated how the work and pricing was laid out up front, the pace at which work was completed, and that we could rely on them for vendor recommendations for every part of the work. The whole team always wanted to do the best work and make everything right, and we trusted them entirely to do that. We will absolutely work with them again for future remodel projects and highly recommend them. Thank you!"

"After interviewing several candidates, my wife and I made the brilliant decision to hire MF Construction. Mike is a friendly, honest and forthright guy and a pleasure to work with. He made sure we understood the cost and scope of the work requested, and when changes were required, he always made sure we were happy and that everything met our expectations. Mike’s employees, Daniel and Omar, showed up on time every day and were consistently polite, respectful and friendly. From roofing to framing to painting, their work was exceptional, and completed within the promised time frame. Mike checked in almost every day to supervise. However, any time we had questions, he was easy to reach by text or phone. Our job involved custom work to preserve a midcentury home. Mike took special care to ensure that the work matched the architect’s original design. We couldn’t be happier, and definitely plan to use MF Construction again."

"The windows I can't say enough good things about Universal Home Design. Ouriel is a great contractor, who is all about details and quality work. This is the second time I have worked with him. The first time he helped me remodel my kitchen,it came out beautifully. I recently had him put in new windows in my condo( 10 windows). He worked with me from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about the windows and helped me with all the questions. Even after the work was finished he called me to make sure I was happy with the job. Universal Home Design is definitely one of the best. sincerely,Daniel M. The windows I can't say enough good things about Universal Home Design.
