"The remodel went great. The house turned out amazing. Thank you Creative"

"We just finished a four bedroom/ three bathroom full remodel in Santa Monica. We are very happy with the end result. Nathan, who is the owner, was very involved in all phases of the job. Nathan got the job done on time. The workmanship and attention to detail was great. He had good communication and relationship with his team. Whenever we had a concern or question, Nathan was easy to get a hold of and handled it quickly. We were worried about the process of a remodel with all the stories you hear about bad experiences. But Nathan made this so easy on us and we would definitely use him for any future projects."

"The windows I can't say enough good things about Universal Home Design. Ouriel is a great contractor, who is all about details and quality work. This is the second time I have worked with him. The first time he helped me remodel my kitchen,it came out beautifully. I recently had him put in new windows in my condo( 10 windows). He worked with me from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about the windows and helped me with all the questions. Even after the work was finished he called me to make sure I was happy with the job. Universal Home Design is definitely one of the best. sincerely,Daniel M. The windows I can't say enough good things about Universal Home Design. We decided to remodel the master bathroom and wanted to pick out our own tile and accessories(vanity, mirror, etc.).

We contacted a number of contractors but none with the price that Kyle had quoted to us.

Kyle is very punctual and answers any questions that you may have. We were kind of nervous about the whole thing at first but after the first day we knew that we had made the right choice.

Kyle had said that it may take week and a half to two weeks but once Kyle's team - Salvador and Eric came in, there was no looking back.

They started on June 24th and were done on the morning of June 30th including all day Saturday. They worked continuously thru the day. 7:00 am to about 5-5:30 everyday. Always on time. Nothing lazy about these guys. Anything that they had any question about they asked. If there was anything that we wanted corrected they had no problem. Always very professional, pleasant and trustworthy. Always very clean. Cleaned up everyday when they were done. It was done just exactly the way that we wanted it done. Good quality!

After this remodel, we have the confidence for the next project to let Kyle have more to do with the design.

Would most definitely recommend to anyone.

"We had a wonderful experience with Juan and his crew who performed extensive work in our full home remodel. They showed up on time, were respectful and conscientious while in our home, and performed high quality work to our specifications. Any questions or concerns were met with openness and a commitment to ensure our satisfaction. Their prices were very fair and we will continue to turn to Skyline Konstruction for our home renovation needs in the future."

"I was a little nervous and excited when starting the process for my kitchen remodeling project. Luckily after several inquires to many companies, I found the right fit. Amir was very attentive and provided great communication through the process. He would visit my home and make sure everything was running accordingly. My kitchen now looks great and very detailed. I can’t wait to host my next gathering with friends and show off my new kitchen."
