"The remodel went great. The house turned out amazing. Thank you Creative"

"Working with Nathan & KN Remodeling was the best decision we made when undertaking our garage conversion job. Nathan understood exactly what we wanted, knew our budget parameters and provided us with a range of options that helped us stay within what we were seeking to spend. We wanted it to be NICE, but didn't need to over-do any of the finishes and spend needlessly on areas that were going to be used in-frequently. The end result was fantastic. The workmanship was of the highest order, the job was executed efficiently and with constant communication and oversight. The whole job was stress free and delivered on time. I can't recommend KN Remodeling highly enough!"

"I did not fully know this about me, but I am the client from H***. However, Mr Gino and everyone at imperial remodeling went above and beyond any expectations I could have had. And I am a perfectionist; which does not exist, but no one could have gotten closer than these guys. We did a complete remodel of three bathrooms floors, walls paint etc. I’ve had custom glass installed. And they built out a whole new bathroom for me without destroying the design and functionality of my beautiful mid-century modern home. I am definitely going to work with them again. I hope they work with me( Please read first sentence again). You will not find better quality and affordability in the same place as I did. Thank you imperial remodeling for treating my home as it was your own and for caring about us and exceeding all our expectations. You are the best at home remodel and I am glad we met!"

"For our first remodel, we dove right in with a big project that was effectively updating half of our house, with a complete re-build of our kitchen and removing several walls to have an open space kitchen, living room, and dining room. We are very pleased to have worked with IND for this project, specifically their project manager Erez and foreman Allan. Since it was our first time doing anything like this, we were unsure at many points along the way about the process, but Erez and Allan both did a great job answering the many, many questions we had and guiding us through. There was a point where there was a mistake in the framing and one of the appliances was not going to fit. Rather than a back-and-forth, Erez and the whole team simply stepped up to re-do a lot of work to make the piece work as planned. Huge shout-out to the crew who worked extra to keep the delays to a minimum! Communication was challenging at times between us, IND, and a designer, but everyone was professional, transparent, and in the end, we have a beautiful kitchen and living space that we love. We really appreciated how the work and pricing was laid out up front, the pace at which work was completed, and that we could rely on them for vendor recommendations for every part of the work. The whole team always wanted to do the best work and make everything right, and we trusted them entirely to do that. We will absolutely work with them again for future remodel projects and highly recommend them. Thank you!"

"Ido did the complete remodel of my kitchen which is now stunning. I received very personal attention and the entire process of choosing materials, delivery and installation went very well. This is a small business that delivers 5 star service. I highly recommend for anyone doing a kitchen remodel."

"Very well. Mike did a full bathroom remodel for us in 2018 and basically stated he would take care of anything for us in the future if there are any issues/failures in the work.... which sounded too good to be true. He was the most expensive of the 3 bids we had for the bathroom, but also the most confident and clear in his explanation oh how he would help us, so we went with the "premium" option and chose him. Almost 2 years after the remodel, a part of the shower door broke and it was due to the glass company Mike hired that didn't drill a piece in properly, and instead used silicone, which eventually wore away. Mike was happy to send someone in for us to properly drill, but since it was April, 2020, and just into the pandemic, my wife wasn't ready to have a stranger in the home to fix it. Mike said no worries and just to let him know when. Fast forward to Feb, 2021, and I call Mike and he sends a guy 2 days later who uses a special drill/tools to take care of the minor issue that required special tools i didn't have. If you want quality, consider Mike and MF Construction, recognizing you get what you pay for."

"The windows I can't say enough good things about Universal Home Design. Ouriel is a great contractor, who is all about details and quality work. This is the second time I have worked with him. The first time he helped me remodel my kitchen,it came out beautifully. I recently had him put in new windows in my condo( 10 windows). He worked with me from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about the windows and helped me with all the questions. Even after the work was finished he called me to make sure I was happy with the job. Universal Home Design is definitely one of the best. sincerely,Daniel M. The windows I can't say enough good things about Universal Home Design.
