"The work Erdelyi associates did is great, but communication and timeliness were lacking. I didn’t have a consistent point of contact throughout the project - it just seems my project was handed off from one person to the next with no continuity and I had to proactively reach out for updates."

"Let me tell you about Amir he is a stand up and honest guy!! When all architect companies wanted to take me for thousands of dollars Amir instead gave me the tools (knowledge) of what needed to be done to get the site and floor plan done for the city. You don’t meet many business people that will give you honest free advice so Amir is greatly I meant greatly appreciated for his assistance and guidance in getting my site and floor plan completed for the city. Will definitely work with Amir again!!!!"

"We couldn't be happier with our backyard project. Motti and Kimberly were just wonderful to work with. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive all throughout the process. They listened to our thoughts and educated us as to all our possibilities. Motti has a wonderful design eye and is so passionate about his work. We were very happy when we used them for the front of our house 4 years ago, this time around for the back, and we would use them again in the future. We recommend them highly."

"We did a full remodel of our place, full new kitchen, and expanded our place into the backyard for a new master suite. Pac Sands did a really great job with our designs. Great tools that made the communication easy with the plans and changes we needed. And they handled the engineering and permitting too, which was great. Highly recommend."

"Very professional and detail oriented. They took my vision and brought it to life. Outstanding communication from start to finish on the remodel. Will definitely be using in the future for any remodeling projects"

"I highly recommend. Very knowledgeable, answered all my questions (and more), professional and responsive. I was in escrow on a tight deadline, which he met."

"We hired Jesse and his team to build out a commercial space for our coffee business. Jesse provided us with an itemized budget and made certain we understood all of the costs associated with our project. He also provided us with a detailed construction schedule and he was able to adhere to it. Despite hiring a designer and an architect, we needed additional guidance on layout and design. Due to his extensive commercial construction experience, Jesse had no problem providing us with his honest and practical guidance on layout and design to ensure our space was as functional as possible. In sum, everything was spot-on and professional with Jesse: budget, schedule, communication, and experience. The best advice I can pass along is to speak with Jesse about your project before you hire a designer and/or an architect. You will save time and money by working with Jesse and his team!"

"They were great and professional I would hire them again and again Adrian did a fantastic job and very personable!!"

"Jeromes extensive experience with business TI projects made him the perfect choice for our needs. Hiring him was one of the best decisions we could have made. His exceptional skill, combined with his genuine kindness and honesty, truly set him apart. Culver City presents its fair share of challenges, particularly with the citys responsiveness, but Jerome and his team went above and beyond. They consistently communicated with the city on our behalf, advocating tirelessly to expedite the permit process and relieve so much of the stress on our end. Jerome dedication and professionalism are unmatched, and his commitment to his clients is evident in every step of the process. If you are looking for an architect with top-tier expertise who truly cares about his clients success, look no further. Jerome is simply the best!"

"I hired them to create plans for an apartment building. The process was quick and painless. Cost was good. The plans are full complete abd ready to take to builders for quotes. I will definitly use them again."
