On both, he was the only contractor who told us he wouldn't recommend digging out the stumps after the trees were removed because it could damage our driveway and retaining wall. He said it would be a waste of money to even try. Honesty! It was so refreshing. We finally decided to tackle one of the removal projects last week and couldn't be happier with Arturo's service. He honored the estimate he gave us back in November, made scheduling very easy, and even showed up a few minutes earlier than the time he said he'd arrive. He and his crew were respectful of our property (and our neighbors' property), took down the trees quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up behind themselves beautifully. Total professionals. I recommend Lopez Tree Removal to anyone looking for tree service and plan to use them again on a much larger project when the time is right. I had a garage full of junk that continued to deteriorate. It wasn't worth giving to the salvation army and it needed to be thrown out. We filled four large trash bins that were delivered to our house with everything that the dump would take. What was left over was plastic, odd wood and iron pieces that wouldn't fit in the dumpsters, and a lot of electronics. I called Wayne to set up a time for him to come. i sent him pictures of all the stuff so he could estimate how much it would cost and what equipment he would need to bring. We settled on a date and time that was a couple of days after the dumpsters had been removed, and he came on time and ready to go. He had four man crew as I remember, and they worked steadily taking all the trash and junk. About a week later, when i knew my mother's house would close escrow, we set up a date for him to come to her garage and take that junk. I also sent him pictures. He didn't need as large a truck, and settled on a pick up. He loaded it up in 45 minute and swept out the garage too. It was an excellent experience as Wayne was efficient and thorough. This was something that I couldn't do myself. This is a wonderful service. I think the only draw back for all of us is the disposal of toxic materials. The regulations make it so difficult to dispose of these things, and you have to be willing to go on Saturdays and Sundays. It is so easy to let them build up in the garage or under the house and all of a sudden there is just way to much.
C&M replaced my leaking roof on my house. This was a complete remove and replace job. My old out dated roof was also modernized to the newer 2025 style of roof components used nowadays.

They went on the top of the home, they haven't gave me an estimate but he removed an antenna on the top of my house without signing in to any work , he nailed a tarp up there and I looked and I call him why did you leave a tarp on the top of my house he said to cover the whole when it rains....
It we very well. We had another contractor in to do the same work but they used expired chemicals and the finish never dried. Marte's contractor had to remove the wet finish and apply new finish

No, you should not remove asbestos from your home yourself. It is not worth risking your health, or the health of your family.
There are strict laws regarding the demolition, encapsulation, and removal of asbestos. Not only could you face potential violations, but you could be putting yourself and others at risk. If you don't have the proper asbestos removal gear, you could inhale the asbestos fibers, which could lead to lung cancer or mesothelioma.
Since DIY asbestos removal isn’t the best option to save money, there are other steps that you can take to help cut costs when dealing with this project. After speaking with your asbestos removal expert, discuss if encapsulation is an option. If it is, you can save between 15% to 25% on overall project costs over demolition and disposal. In addition, when speaking with your professional, discuss if there are any tax credits available for your removal project. Finally, check with your homeowner’s insurance to see if any removal costs might be covered. However, be aware that this is usually only applicable if the asbestos is due to a covered incident, like a tree falling into your roof.
It can be scary to need asbestos removal from your home—you might be concerned about your family’s health, the overall condition of your house, and what repairs might need to be done. You can ask your asbestos consultant some questions to ensure your project is completed as safely as possible. Some questions to ask include:
Do you have the proper credentials for removing and disposing of asbestos?
How long will this project take to complete?
Have you worked on a project like this before?
Do you use new protective gear at each job site?
How do you prevent asbestos fibers from being released into the home?
How big is the crew you will send?
How do you clean up after a project?
The most common sign of asbestos is the age of your home. Asbestos was banned in drywall in 1977, though many products still contained asbestos until the 1980s. Indicators of possible asbestos in your home include:
Your home's age, if built before 1980
You have a home with vinyl flooring or millboard that was installed between 1952 and 1982
Your home has corrugated roofing
Your home has walls made from cement sheets
Your home has vermiculite insulation
