"These guys are great! We were scheduled to move in on a Thursday and Danny was able to fit us in 2 days before that. I got a couple of quotes from other companies and Boyd's remodeling was the lowest. I got a discount because the condo was vacant (no furniture). This was a 2 day job. On the first day the entire Condo was prep and the popcorn was removed including all necessary ceiling repairs. On the second day Zack met us and went over where they were at with the job. "We wanted to bring a new look to the house by replacing the floor. After checking several companies, we decided to contact landmark construction because we saw a project that they did and we liked the feedback from the people that hired them. We met with Ezra and he looked and saw the house. He provided us with several samples of wood floor and after we selected the floor that we wanted to have, we met again for the final price for the work. Ezra was able to work with us about the price and the dates of installation. He was able to send 4 guys that will remove the old floor and to install the new one. The work was completed after 2 weeks and this could happened only because they worked on several sections at the house in the same time. The workers cleaned each space at the house where they worked and we were pleased with this type of work.

"From the first day of work, Mr. Sadock and his employees were courteous, polite, and professional at all times. They worked well as a team, were pleasant, reliable, efficient, and hard working. They were puntually there each day to work on time, were well groomed, and eager to begin. We were impressed with the quality of their work, and the way the work was completed.
Each day, focus areas were prepared for work. Our furniture was treated with care, and the walls and floors protected. We were always kept in the loop as to what was happening, and the progress of the overall project. At the end of each day,the work area was cleaned, and materials and tools put away. Our comfort was always a high priority.
When the project was completed, we were asked to do a final walk-through of all the rooms of the house. Mr. Sadock's employees touched up, replaced all light fixtures and vents, thoroughly vacuumed, and cleaned work areas. They did great work.
