Jerry was on time and completely professional. He removed all of the spots on the sofas and all of stains in the carpet. He did a great job and I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Because of a communication breakdown, I didn't know what time he was coming and he got there while I was not home. He waited in his truck for me for over an hour. What Stanley Steamer guy would do that? Great attitude, great work. Can't recommend him enough. When his van had an issue with the door coming off it's hinge, I got someone to help with tools and getting it working. Who else but Jerry inspires that kind of loyalty? Thanks! I have used him a total of three times. He is not cheap, but he is good!!

Jerry arrived on time, checked out the areas that needed special attention, and then went to work. He worked quickly and when he was done the carpets looked and smelled brand new. There were no hidden costs. Overall, I was very happy with the work.
