 + -1 moreBecause of a communication breakdown, I didn't know what time he was coming and he got there while I was not home. He waited in his truck for me for over an hour. What Stanley Steamer guy would do that? Great attitude, great work. Can't recommend him enough. When his van had an issue with the door coming off it's hinge, I got someone to help with tools and getting it working. Who else but Jerry inspires that kind of loyalty? Thanks! I have used him a total of three times. He is not cheap, but he is good!!

 + -1 moreJerry arrived on time, checked out the areas that needed special attention, and then went to work. He worked quickly and when he was done the carpets looked and smelled brand new. There were no hidden costs. Overall, I was very happy with the work.
Description of Work: Jerry cleaned my wall-to-wall carpeting which was in dire need of help. My dog had been having accidents.
