Asbestos USA - Pennsylvania

Great! It took two days for my job. They did come a bit late each day (11am-noon) but they stayed late (6-7pm) and got the work done. I would definitely use these guys again.

Job went very well. Lowest price we received. Customer service was great. Contractor was professional and did a great job cleaning up.

They were on time, clean, courteous and professional.

Asbestos USA met all my expectations.

Very quick response time, scheduled within 2 days, most competitive price. Contractor was very professional and took all necessary safety precautions. Did a great job of cleaning up after work was done. Highly recommended.

Customer Service: What custom service? Very disorganized - the actual scheduling of a seemingly simple appointment was made very difficult by the following: 1.) Asbestos USA scheduled an appointment with us for Friday evening at 6pm. Nobody showed up and we didn't even get a phone call. Rescheduled the appointment for the same time the next day - the inspector showed up over 2 hours late, at night, with no phone call to indicate that he was still coming and was going to be late. Efforts to reschedule were left entirely up to me, the customer - when they said they would follow-up with me, they only did so maybe 30% of time. A lot of phone calls to them to figure out what was going wrong with such an easy process. The Inspection: Questionable. While he was a pleasant guy, the inspector seemed unclear about what was expected of him (we want you to inspect our house for asbestos - you're the expert). He did not follow all of the safety precautions as stated on the Asbestos USA website (only sprayed areas that he cut into to capture samples). Test Results: They mail the inspection samples they take to the lab for results. After several days, I called Asbestos USA to determine the ETA - they called me back stating that there was a problem with the mailing of the results and they were returned to Asbestos USA, as a result Asbestos USA applied rush service to the lab request and I did have the results two days later, but still - their process mired by mistakes - poor quality control. Does all of that sound like good service to you? Negative.
