They were able to contain the water from continuing to come out of the drains overnight and returned the next day first thing in the morning to get the problem fixed. All three guys were nice and communicative and really made me feel like they cared. I cannot recommend Diplomat enough! I supplied my own tub/shower unit (purchased prior when another company just stopped responding mid-scheduling), and the relief I felt at the guys being able to do everything so quickly and with such care is hard to express. I’ve been trying to schedule with various plumbers for over a year now, so thank goodness for finding them! These guys are fantastic, their business card now lives on my fridge and I will 100% be going with them for any future plumbing jobs. I’m so beyond happy to have a working tub/shower AND for them to have gotten it done in less than two days!"
