Alex recommended us to go with a Bradford White only gas water heater, which he got us a great deal on. Alex and his crew drained plus removed my old leaking Rheem water heater and installed the new one in no time. He also placed a drip pan and new flex hoses for the water in/out. They were very aware of cleaning up afterward, which most repair people do not. Alex is super nice, informative, personable, and trustworthy. He did not up-sell anything that was not necessary to have like most other plumbers will do. He quoted us a very-very fair price for the work done. "Very nice guy, showed up early, finished in 5 minutes with snaking the drain.  I was charged $110, which is almost twice what I would have expected for this job.  That is what I get for not arranging the rate beforehand!  I didn't argue with the price since he had been waiting around for a while before I got there (on my lunch hour).  However I did a short internet search afterward, and probably next time I'll use Serviz or my condo's handyman (who is not as reliable but probably would have charged me $20 rather than over $100).
