"Before we could connect a new clothes dryer, we needed to replace our old spring-loaded gas valve with updated shut-off valve. Also, needed new flex aluminum vent, rigid under house. Alvin at All Season responded quickly. He and his co-worker came out, checked work to be done, and got right on it! Alvin also recommended that we change out old drain stand pipe to 2" for the new clothes washer. So we had him do that, too. We asked Alvin to check our water heater settings. Then he noticed we needed flex tubes and water installed valve replaced, which should have been done when this water heater was installed. So Alvin took care of that for us. Alvin is very nice, professional and patient; a pleasure to work with."

"I contacted California Drains because my parent's home was completely backed up to the point where dirty water was coming out from the drains inside and outside their home. They promptly answered and booked me in the same day. They were able to contain the water from continuing to come out of the drains overnight and returned the next day first thing in the morning to get the problem fixed. Price was very reasonable, and the workers were very professional. Left everything clean and drains were completely cleared. This company is top notched. Javier who schedules the appointments, is a professional, and his customer service skills are impressive. Ed who was the plumber who came to our house and installed our new toilet and was the one who pointed out the musty smell at our front door and proved my suspicious correct when he suggested there could be a broken pipe underneath the house. Sure enough we indeed had a broken pipe, and it was the sewer line and it was underneath our house. He immediately called Giovanni and they both went to work as to analyze the problem and make suggestions of what needed to be done. Giovanni expertise and skills are excellent and told us exactly what needed to be done in order to fix the broken sewer line. Since it was later in the day, they couldn't work on the line until the next day. Ed ended up finishing installing our toilet and then came another problem. The toilet we purchased was defective and Ed was nice enough to come back after we came back from Lowe's with another toilet, so he could finish the installation. Ed did a fantastic job in installing the new toilet. He was courteous and highly skilled. Plotke Red Lilly Plumbing crew did a fantastic job with our toilet and the broken sewer line and there prices are really quite reasonable and I will definitely recommend and use them as our main plumbing company again.
