They promptly answered and booked me in the same day. They were able to contain the water from continuing to come out of the drains overnight and returned the next day first thing in the morning to get the problem fixed. Price was very reasonable, and the workers were very professional. Left everything clean and drains were completely cleared. Brandon and Oz know customer service. They were available 24/7 to answer questions. I work late hours and was only able to talk via phone late evening- and Brandon always made himself available. He’s truly the best business owner I’ve ever met in my life. I even invited him over for a beer once the project was over that’s how much I connected with these guys. As far as the project goes- we did new pool plaster, artificial turf, a split drain, and new pool equipment. Everything looks great. The grass is nice and green and really makes the backyard look beautiful. Already recommended these guys to two friends and will be recommending to the whole neighbourhood. Easy five stars."

"Cipriano is FANTASTIC. He's punctual, responsive, knowledgeable, and takes tremendous PRIDE in his work - so it SHOWS. His work is TOP NOTCH. He replaced some really crappy turf that another installer had talked me into, and he installed beautiful, thick, high-end turf that looks real and feels amazing. And he did it all in LESS time than he said it would take, despite having to do it in between rain storms! He rearranged all the sprinklers, organized the system, moved an incredibly heavy piece of stone to another part of the yard, and just did an overall BEAUTIFUL job on our back yard! I cannot possibly recommend him HIGHLY ENOUGH!! I've had turf installed by three other companies in the past, and C.Perez is by FAR the absolute BEST. Quality, price, and professionalism! "Requested a quote on Monday and (thanks to some unexpected rain) Mike and Jonathan gave me a quote the same morning and Jonathan and Jesus were able to start work the next day. All three guys were nice and communicative and really made me feel like they cared. I had my old one piece tub/shower removed, the shower head raised (no more back bends while rinsing my hair!), and a new four piece shower/tub installed with new hardware. The price they quoted ($3800) was well below other quotes I’d gotten (mid-4k) and the timeframe (2 days) was far shorter than the other companies who said it would take a week to complete the project. I cannot recommend Diplomat enough! I supplied my own tub/shower unit (purchased prior when another company just stopped responding mid-scheduling), and the relief I felt at the guys being able to do everything so quickly and with such care is hard to express. I’ve been trying to schedule with various plumbers for over a year now, so thank goodness for finding them! These guys are fantastic, their business card now lives on my fridge and I will 100% be going with them for any future plumbing jobs. I’m so beyond happy to have a working tub/shower AND for them to have gotten it done in less than two days!"

"Dan was here this morning, showed him where water was leaking in over our slab and ruining the flooring in the master bedroom. He gave me the full range of possible remedies, from installing a eaves gutter on the roofline outside the bedroom to a full (very expensive) sealing of the entire exterior foundation. And actually recommended that we start with the gutter (which I can do myself) and then monitor the area next rainy season and see if that fixes the problem. No pressure to hire them or spend big $$, just good advice. Couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended- this is real service!"
