"Over the past month Eric has added a sub panel to bring 240 into the room for an electric tankless water heater, and just today added 4 recessed lights for our living room. I honestly did not know how he could add the recessed lights as the attic is very narrow and filled with insulation. The 240 install was also difficult. Not for Eric!
