"Fire victims: Beware of construction company tactics hindering your recovery by delaying project completion &amp;amp; prevent you from obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy that is required to obtain a refinance loan after a fire. Please verify credentials of anyone working on your project is fully licensed with the Contractors State License Board, provide their legal name (not an alias), &amp;amp; operate from a legitimate business address rather than a P.O. box. Avoid contractors who rely on subcontractors, as they may attempt to shift blame. Never take loan or financing advice from them. Insist on written contracts &amp;amp; keep detailed email records of all communications &amp;amp; agreements. Make sure they comply with state &amp;amp; federal laws, especially asbestos. In my case, Joseph Sastiel abandoned my project for the loan to default. Thank GOD I am still in my home to defend myself &amp;amp; my family. Finally, our trial is 12/1/2025. Despite his attorney?s threats to appeal, I look forward to seeking justice."

"Buyer, beware for Payless kitchen and bath It started from the salesman he promised me things. When that time came it never happened. So I wanted to put up security cameras where they will be remodeling my bathroom because at this point I don't trust him. The first installers that came out had an issue with the cameras I told them I wanted to protect myself and my property. They called their office and talk to a supervisor and the supervisor told me if I don't take the cameras down they will put a lien on my property. So we argue back-and-forth back-and-forth and I said OK fine i'll take them down. At this point I just want it to be over with. The second crew that came out did the demo. They had an issue with the plumbing had to be fixed. Time has passed to do their scheduling and all the doctors appointments I had. The third crew that came out very nice Young kids. "They work their *** off" I felt so bad for them because I had to educate them on certain things. One major mistake that they did was put 2. p-traps and they didnt compact the dirt and lay concrete. But it was too late they already glued the shower pan down. I had them pull everything back up for me to inspect it. When they pull the shower pan up it got damaged. I told them I'm not gonna except the shower pan because beginning of this process they said it was a special custom shower pan. The coordinators taken care of this issue I asked her multiple times that I want a new shower pan she said that's fine. Two week has passed and they said the shower pan is new. When the fourth installer that came out I told them about the shower pan. Well just say they lied to me again it was the original shower pan all they did was sprayed foam on the and the foam was still wet. I don't mind waiting 8 to 12 weeks I waited this long."
