"Super happy with LA Reglazing! They reglazed our old bathtub and made it look brand new. The job was done quickly, and the quality is top-notch — no weird smells or streaks, just a super clean, glossy finish. Customer service was also great they explained the process, gave a fair quote, and were on time. Definitely exceeded expectations."

"I was very happy with the work that was done to reglaze my bathtub. All the work was done as scheduled. Friendly staff. Good price. My tub looks great again."

"They responded right away to my request to repair my cracked fiberglass bathtub. They did an excellent job, the price was reasonable, and the refurbished tub looked brand new. The service person was friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend them."

"We just finished a four bedroom/ three bathroom full remodel in Santa Monica. We are very happy with the end result. Nathan, who is the owner, was very involved in all phases of the job. Nathan got the job done on time. The workmanship and attention to detail was great. He had good communication and relationship with his team. Whenever we had a concern or question, Nathan was easy to get a hold of and handled it quickly. We were worried about the process of a remodel with all the stories you hear about bad experiences. But Nathan made this so easy on us and we would definitely use him for any future projects."

"New Wal in shower came out great."

"Came out one day and diagnosed the problem with my plumbing problems. The next day came back replacing the pipes to the shower and tub. Very clean company and carefully walked us through what needed to be done. Very reasonable prices. Will be calling back soon for more work that has to done."

"We couldn’t be happier with our home addition and renovation by Oury and his team at Universal Home Design! From the moment we met with Oury to discuss our project he was so friendly and communicative, and made us feel at ease and taken care of. The entire team was a pleasure to work with from the initial consultation through the final reveal. Since I am a licensed architect, I was able to complete the plans and take them through approval and plan check myself, but Oury was there to consult and provide answers to my questions to help make the project successful. Once I handed over the plans and a budget and schedule were agreed upon, Oury and his team took over and did an amazing job. They listened carefully to our needs and preferences, and fixed any problems or misses that would arise without any push back. The project manager, Alfredo, kept us informed every step of the way, and they were very respectful while they worked, cleaning up after themselves and keeping noise to a minimum during my daughter's nap times (we were living in our home during construction). The craftsmanship and attention to detail in the finished space are truly impressive. Our new home exceeds our expectations, and we’re grateful to Oury and Universal Home Design for bringing our vision to life!"

"Mike was prompt and his crew fixed my leaky toilet and went above and beyond to fix my shower ( it stopped getting hot water). I called mike because he was the only one of 3 plumbers who was honest about my not having a leak in my foundation ( the water company confirmed)."

"The workers were good , except the toilet they installed was leaking and we have to call a plumber to fix it ."

"Due to a leak, there was a lot more to the demo and prep work for our new shower installation. 5 Star pulled it off with no additional out of scope costs or change orders for the new specs after demo and rebuild."
