Paul Davis Restoration of San Fernando Valley, CA

I am a renter, but I was very involved with my landlord in the restoration process of the townhome I rent after a slab leak occurred under my kitchen floor. Sarah Gilliland/Paul Davis Restoration handled the insurance claim repairs. As this is the third(!) claim over the past 5 years, I have had extensive experience with restoration companies. Paul Davis Restoration was definitely the best restoration company I have personally dealt with. Sarah was very attentive and compassionate with the needs of my landlord and me, always returning our phone calls and having the answers we needed even before asking! Her crew acted professionally in all facets of their work, especially the move out/move back of my furniture and contents - all handled with care and consideration. Sarah and her crew made a difficult situation easier to go through, and it was a pleasure to work with her.

By far the most professional and responsive service like this that I have ever used (this is the third time over 15 years!) When our pipe burst and water started pouring into our bathroom and bedroom, I was in a panic about what to do next. I called Paul Davis based on a friend's suggestion. Sarah G helped walked me through the process step-by-step which was something I really, really appreciated at the moment. The crew from Paul Davis came in like a team of true professionals and got the small lake in my house cleaned up quickly, helped guide me through what could have been a very messy insurance process, and even followed up with me later when they didn't have to. In a world of service businesses that feel often rude, broken and incompetent, I can't recommend Paul Davis and their team enough!
