The total cost was the same as the estimate, and was competitive. The final roof work was well done, and completed in 1 day. My only regret was not first learning that I should cover my trees & other plants beforehand. We went with the spray on foam and it coated some of the branches. They did cover things pretty well with sheets of plastic though. "

His work was efficient and he took lots of pictures to show me the progress. He cleaned up after each day and called to keep me informed on when he would return or when he was on his way."

I am a GEC ((general engineering contractor)(veteran US ARMY Civil Engineer)) working on specialized and high-end projects on both residential and commercial areas. Most of my projects are unique and needs a creative vision and an outside-the-box thinker. And you'll be surprised at the fair pricing implemented on each and every job. "He came out to put a bottom seal on the garage door, the garage door was working perfectly when he came, he did not put the seal on. He told me I had bought the wrong seal and I need to order a new one, which I did, he said he will comeback when I had the new seal. Before he left, he took the pension table off, he took both of the pension table off and the garage door, rendering the garage door unusable. I called him when I got the new seal, he said he will come out but he did not show up. I called him again and asked him if he was coming out to atleast put the door back and he said no. He told me he could not fix it so he won't coming back out and he told me that I should just call a garage professional. He bragged that he could done it an hour, but he was there for over 3 hours but he never put it. I did called a garage professional and this $100 job which anybody could have done according to the garage door person will cost me $650 to fix it, they cannot fix it because a brand new garage door will cost me about $600 to $1000. He was rude afterwards and made excuses that all of a sudden there were things wrong with my door. I strongly suggest to not work with this person and be very cautious if you have them to come to your house. "

Fiber cement siding is one of the lowest-maintenance options. The material’s formula is resistant to insect activities, moisture, and most physical impacts. Vinyl and aluminium siding is also fairly easy to upkeep. All these low-maintenance options only require basic surface cleaning, caulking, and regular gutter maintenance to prevent water dams from forming. 

You can use small bits that are up to 3/8 inch in diameter, or larger bits that are 1/2 inch or more in diameter. Make sure the bits you use are coated with carbide or diamond; this information is usually visible on the package. You can also use hole saw bits to drill into stucco.

A standard drill will work just fine if you’re drilling small holes, and only a few of them. But anything with a diameter larger than 3/8 inch is best done with a hammer drill, since it is stronger, faster, and also makes your drill bits last longer. While you don’t absolutely need a hammer drill for stucco, it is a worthy investment if you think you might drill more holes down the road.
