"Jose Abril and his very experienced dad and brother diagnosed and fixed a stucco leak on a window and ledge on my house. Jose’s professionalism and his family’s skill, along with an excellent price, scheduled quickly and finished the job in a day. They left the work site clean. Jose is an exceptional communicator and I would hire this business again."

"Bought the list for a painter for a day and then sent a message saying I would need an additional day.  He said he would send two painters that same day. That was fine with me.  I needed to have ceiling, trim, and walls painted in master bathroom and toilet closet.  He did a great job.  Told him do as much as he can in the time he has.  He got 95% of it done.  Just didn't do the trim around two of the doors.  I didn't think he would paint the doors, but he did.  That was great since we hate painting the doors it takes a long time.  He did a great job and worked hard.  Jorge was working in the kitchen and family room. We just remolded so had new floors, new counter tops and redone cabinets.  He did a great job to not get paint on anything.  He was able to get it all done in the time allowed and did a great job.  When he was done he was asking anything else.  So I had a bunch of touch ups around the house he took care of for me.  I got a quote for another job doing the entry way, hallway, and stairs with very high ceilings.  So they will be back.  Thanks for a great job.  I love the color.

"I was very impressed with George and the father/son team at MagCor. I asked for a quote on some exterior work and George was prompt and thorough in his response. He walked me through the sequence of the repairs and delivered on every aspect of the project. The quality of his work was outstanding. I appreciated his flexibility in scheduling, and his reliability. When the project was completed, George took the initiative to repair and touch up some other parts of the exterior of our home that needed attention. Why? Because he had extra material and paint and didn't want it to go waste. He made several trips to a local paint store to be sure the paint color matched, according to our HOA's standards. He went above and beyond what I even asked for or expected. A true professional!"

"We supplied the wallpaper.  Overall the job was fantastic, even better than we anticipated.  There were some delays, such as there ending up not being enough wallpaper to cover the final wall...  However, this was rectified by our finding a different but compatible wallpaper to serve as an "accent" wall.  Indeed, this ended up working out better than if we'd had enough wallpaper in the first place!
So the entire process was organic and free-flowing, not fixed and inflexible.
Throughout, Sid was always personable  and very kind.  He has a small-town way about him, not a "big city" type at all, and I mean this as a compliment.  Think Mayberry RFD rather than slick Los Angeles.  He listens, does not rush, is unfailingly polite, and just really seems to be an ethical person.
Based upon our experience, I might add, he certainly does not overcharge.
As mentioned, we are more pleased with the final results than we ever thought would be possible.  We will need to have our house exterior painted someday, and I see no reason why it should not be Sid and crew.  I know that Sid does more painting than wallpapering, but he did beautiful job and certainly knows what he is doing.  I'm impressed.
I am very grateful that Sid was the person we chose to do this.  You will find his services (and personality) to be a win-win experience!

Stucco questions, answered by experts

The cost of a repair depends on several factors, including the severity, complexity, and type of damage. Other key elements are the cost of any necessary replacement parts, hardware, materials, or required software updates. Labor rates and whether emergency service is needed will also influence the final price.

Yes, most services include matching the replacement pieces to the existing flooring. Confirm with your contractor.

Masonry screws are the best option to be used on stucco. They’re thicker and made to penetrate harder surfaces like concrete and cinder blocks. Fluted masonry screws work the best because they create a stronger grasp thanks to the lines on their shafts. If you’re working on exterior stucco, use galvanized screws to prevent corrosion.

Most homeowners can remain in their homes during stucco removal, but expect noise, dust, and limited access to certain areas. For extensive projects or if hazardous materials are present, temporary relocation may be recommended for safety and comfort. Before removal begins, seal off the work areas and use air purifiers to minimize the spread of dust.

Yes, using natural additives and methods that lower impact.
