Terrible. It was supposed to be four-day max. It ended up being over two weeks and he had to keep coming back and coming back, Finally. He was over his head, he needed extra help. So you got to have someone come out and help him try to complete the job. He was always late never on time. And in the end, he was drinking. I smelled the beer alcohol on him. He would go, I'd go for lunch. I'd be back in a half hour it Gone for two hours. It was disgusting.

Had removed a stucco bench from one side of a fireplace leaving a 16" x 1" opening in the base of the fireplace that needed to be patched. They were busy and fit us in between jobs did a great job for reasonable price.

Cesar was very responsive in both obtaining the quote and communicating before arrival on the days of the work. The quality sounds like a of the work was excellent. I not only got my cracks fixed but also had him touch up some previous repairs where the stucco texture did not match. I can no longer tell where the patches are. Thanks Cesar!

Cesar came out and gave what I thought was a fir price. He sub-contracted the work to two men who did a poor job. Cesar came to repair the poor quality work. His work also failed in some areas. Promised to come out three times to do the warranty work and failed to show all three times. Lots of apologies, but just did not show up to do the work. Sad experience. I had to hire someone else to do the repairs at additional expense to me.

Cesar took care to protect my new custom front door and columns from the stucco repair. The new stucco matched perfectly, and the painting was very neat. He solved an issue with the pool wall where water splashed over the negative edge and undermined the wall by building a small lip. Again, the stucco work and painting were excellent. His crew broke a couple pool tiles, but Cesar made sure that they were repaired to our satisfaction. He came back and cleaned up the area and made sure that we were satisfied. I plan on hiring Cesar for another stucco job in a few months.

I needed work done quickly so I could list my house to sell. Cesar was fast efficient and reasonable. He repaired a corner stucco pillar by the garage. Matched the paint perfectly. His price so reasonable and his work so professional my realtor asked for his reference for future clients. If I was not moving out of state I would call him first for all future repairs!

Based on excellent reviews here on Angi’s list, I called Cesar’s Painting LLC for an estimate. He and his wife Emma came to do the estimate. Once I received the estimate, I had some questions and he quickly answered them by email. Over 4 days, Cesar power washed, prepped, masked and painted the exterior of my mom’s house (two colors). I felt bad when it reached 90 degrees during the job, but he continued painting without complaint. Cesar is very personable and he worked very hard to make sure everything was done properly and that the customer is satisfied. The house looks great and we are very pleased to have hired Cesar for this job.

"The person who went to repair the stucco(smooth finish)area has been working on that for over 20 years, has been working with us many proyects, first of all he did not like the price, he did not let us work well, we were not comfortable with him looking us at all times, right behind us at all times, waiting for us to do something wrong, he was criticizing my work without being finished, when the proyect was done and his wife pay us, he did not call us to let us know he didn’t like it or to fix it ,we always fix it if we need to satisfy our clients. I have many people who are happy with my work and can see it in my profile and I hope the man who gave the review wins a lot by hurting the company. I know we are going to have people like this in the future but we will do our best to satisfy all our future clients."

Cesar did a great job. The quote was accurate and the work was of high quality. He put in some accent walls and basically repainted the rest of the interior. He also epoxied our garage and did some stucco and paint touch-ups outside. He was ready to answer questions and address concerns as we had them. We are very happy and will definitely hire Cesar again when we repaint the full exterior of our house.

Cesar’s Paint did an excellent job painting our House. They are professional, experienced and completed the job on time. They went above and beyond getting the job complete. When prepping the house workers spotted broken tiles and immediately reported the issues to me. They offered to fix the broken tiles at no additional cost. Cesar’s is very professional and experienced painter. Their prices are VERY reasonable compared to other painting companies. I would definitely recommend this company and I would definitely hire them again.

His painting was excellent. The owners are very precise in what is to be painted and what should not be painted (example gutters, don't paint). So some things that other people had painted, we did not want painted. This is extremely hot weather and he painted. His estimates of the work to be done were very clear and complete.
