"Daniel didn't build our pool, but built our neighbors pool that is yet to be finished. We allowed access to our side yard so they could build their pool. He did not follow up on his multiple promises over 5 months to fix my driveway, that he etched and broke away the side in a large area. He never filled the side with fresh rock as promised either. I repeatedly asked him not to use the drive way and had to go out and tell the workers multiple times to get off the driveway and not park on the driveway. He does not respond to messages or calls. My landscaper's words after trying to coordinate with him "I don't know how he does business, he doesn't return phone calls!""

"My small pool and spa were leaking. I spent over $25k repairing walls and rerouting plumbing. That was ok for about a year but water meter kept running. Water levels dropping, I agreed to an estimate of $1700 more to repair. They had drained the spa earlier. Having not heard anything for 2 months, I tried to contact them. Nobody would answer calls nor email and so I left a message I would find someone else if they did not respond. They did not. I would have thought they would stand by their work and also place a customer who had spent so much money on the priority list. The maintenance company with whom they are somehow associated was awful, too. Don?t expect their pleasant demeanor to reflect their integrity. This is one disappointed ex-customer."
