Cody provided EXCELLENT service with each and every area/job. He was courteous, timely, hard working and honest and really did an excellent job. I would totally hire him again for any job because you can always count on him to do quality work at very reasonable prices.

The exterior window reduction work can't be separated from the original construction: plaster and painting jobs excellent. Removal of tub and old shower carefully done and they cleaned up afterwards very well every night. Linen closet door and pocket doors were delivered to Sierra Remodeling/ReBath a few days late but effect on construction progress was minor. Crews were all very friendly and careful, all cleaned up thoroughly each day. We asked for some retouches of internal paint and plaster jobs which they agreed was needed, they apologized spontaneously, and they repaired the work promptly. Most of the interior paint and plastering were well done so finding a few spots to touch up and redo was a bit of a surprise to us, but they promptly took care of them. Conclusion, they do excellent work and want customers happy with their results...but inspect yourself! From our experience, that caution is always appropriate with any contractor.

The proposal that Isaac gave us included remodeling the master bath, especially the shower. The master bath had a traditional shower which had to be completely remodeled for use by a person who has serious physical difficulties. The remodel included tearing out the shower enclosure, relocating the plumbing fixtures and handles and re-tiling the shower enclosure. In order to make the shower accessible and usable for a handicapped person, the shower floor had to be redone so that a person using using a walker could enter the shower easily and safely. A permanent seat was installed that gave my sister a solid place to sit while she showered. The double sink vanity was redesigned to provide two levels so that my sister could stand at the basin and remain seated in the area where she did her hair and make-up. Handicap height toilets were installed in both the master and guest bathrooms. As the project progressed, both my sister and Isaac came up with additional ideas that made the new home more liveable for her. Some of those ideas have meant that this project is not yet complete. All in all, this project involved carpentry, dry wall installation, cabinetry, painting, plumbing, electrical work, tile installation and other miscelaneous skills that I'm probably forgetting. The work that Isaac and his crew did, and are continuing to do, was thoroughly professional and meticulous. The price Isaac quoted was fair and reasonable and the project kept to the original bid, except for changes that were appropriate and discussed and approved in advance. Isaac was sympathetic to my sister's physical difficulties and went well above and beyond to see that her needs were considered and incorporated in the project. Dealing with Isaac and the members of his crew was a real pleasure. I can't say enough about Isaac and Niu Construction, they were great. I have no hesitation or reservation in recommending Isaac and Niu Construction for any remodeling project you may have in mind.

I wish it could have been cheaper and faster but then I wish everything could be cheaper and faster. I busted the estimate by adding extras and I really can't complain about the time material delivery and work took. I heartily recommend Dan Showalter and his Remodeling Response Unit. Now I'll think about remodeling the kitchen - maybe next year.

I love my new kitchen. I have a galley kitchen and could not change the footprint, but the new cabinets with pullout drawers provided amazingly more usable space. My beverage cabinet is so functional and beautiful; one of the highlights of my remodel. Erv Amdahl was my primary contractor and he was very professional and helped to bring my dream kitchen to life. All of the workers who came into my home were very professional and courteous; they left each day with everything cleaned and put away. As with all remodel jobs there were a few glitches, but mostly because I changed my mind on certain things and we travel a lot so the contractor had to work around our travel schedule. I highly recommend Sierra Remodeling for your next remodel job and I would definitely call them for my next job.

It was a good company, they gave me a good quote but I decided to go with a different company. They quoted me about $4500. They showed up on time. They explained every possibility and they had examples of work they had done in the past.

Except for the fact that we were down to one bathroom, the experience was good. He did a beautiful job on the living room. He is very good and his prices are very fair, and that's because he is a Christian. He has a fairness about him that a lot of people don't have. He is very busy, so he does get behind sometimes, but he does a beautiful job.

  • R & R Express LLC
R&R (Wayne Gregan) was knowledgable, professional, and personable. He was always on time, and (according to my wife), the cleanest workman we've ever had. He totally isolated the entire work area and cleaned the work area at the end of each day. The materials and workmanship were excellent, and the job was completed within estimate, on time, and without problems. We would highly recommend R&R for any remodeling project!
